How to Get Nudji Alerts in Slack

Connect a Slack channel and get every nudge posted there automatically — how to set up the webhook, send a test, and what happens on quiet hours and plan changes.

Slack notifications post your nudges straight to a Slack channel, so you (and your team) see the moment a client engages without leaving Slack. They run alongside your email and in-app alerts — a bonus channel, not a replacement.

Available on Pro plan and active trial users.

Connecting Slack

Nudji uses Slack's standard Incoming Webhooks, so there's no app to install or approve:

In Slack, create an Incoming Webhook for the channel you want alerts in (Slack's guide: Sending messages using Incoming Webhooks). You'll get a URL that starts with https://hooks.slack.com/services/….
In Nudji, go to Settings → Notifications → Slack notifications.
Paste the webhook URL and choose Connect.
Click Send test to confirm — a test message should appear in your channel within a second or two.

What Gets Posted

Every nudge that fires for you is posted to Slack: first open, re-reads, high intent, multiple viewers, deep reads, bounces, and the proactive "unopened" and "gone quiet" reminders. Each message includes what happened, the suggested next step, and a View proposal button that opens the proposal's analytics.

Quiet Hours

Slack notifications respect your quiet hours. During your quiet window they're paused — the same as browser push. (Email behaves differently: it's held and delivered once quiet hours end.) Your in-app bell is always up to date regardless.

Disconnecting

To stop Slack alerts, go to Settings → Notifications → Slack notifications and choose Disconnect. You can reconnect anytime. For your security, Nudji never displays your webhook URL back to you once it's saved — to change channels, disconnect and connect the new webhook.

Plan Considerations

Slack notifications are a Pro feature, so — like browser push — they depend on your plan:

Downgrade from Pro: Slack notifications pause. Your connection stays saved and resumes automatically if you upgrade again. You can disconnect at any time.
Upgrade to Pro: connect a channel and nudges start flowing immediately.
