Your Activity Log

The Activity Log is a chronological record of every action in your Nudji account. It gives you a single place to review what changed, when, and why — useful for auditing, debugging, and understanding your account history.

Where to Find It

Go to Dashboard → Activity in the left sidebar.

What the Activity Log Records

Every significant event in your account is captured automatically:

Event	What it means
Proposal created	You uploaded a new proposal
Proposal deleted	A proposal was deleted from your dashboard
Proposal status changed	A proposal was marked Won, Lost, or Active
Subscription started	You activated a paid plan
Subscription renewed	A monthly billing charge succeeded
Subscription paused	Your subscription was paused (admin action)
Subscription resumed	A paused subscription was resumed
Subscription cancelled	You cancelled your subscription
Subscription expired	A subscription period ended without renewal
Payment failed	A billing charge was declined
Payment recovered	A previously failed payment succeeded on retry
Plan changed	Your plan tier changed (upgrade or downgrade)

Who Can See the Activity Log?

The Activity Log is available to Pro plan users and users on an active free trial.

If you are on Starter or Growth, the Activity page shows a locked state — but your activity is being recorded in the background. If you upgrade to Pro, your full history is immediately visible, including events that occurred while you were on a lower plan.

How Far Back Does It Go?

Activity is retained from the date your account was created. There is no expiry window — your complete account history is always available on Pro.

Browsing the Log

Events are grouped by month and sorted newest-first. Click a month heading to collapse or expand that group.

If you have a long history, use the Load more button at the bottom to fetch older entries. The log loads 20 entries at a time.
